At VASA Fitness, we are seeking a Certified Personal Training Lead who will be responsible for advancing the personal training business to exceed fitness financial targets. The lead will build and develop a high-performing team to enable members to achieve their physical, mental, and emotional fitness goals while providing a world-class experience.

Responsibilities:

• Build and develop a high-performing personal training team.
• Increase acquisition of new and improve retention of existing personal training clients.
• Develop an agile team capable of adjusting programming to meet client needs.
• Create an approachable and inclusive environment in the Personal Training Cage.
• Retain personal training clients by providing value and a supportive community.
• Attract new clients through personal relationships with VASA members.
• Coach trainers on conducting consultations and recommending appropriate training packages.
• Collaborate with trainers to achieve monthly sales targets for new client acquisition.
• Achieve monthly sales goals by contributing to team efforts.
