We are looking for a talented and motivated Certified Personal Training Lead to join our team at VASA Fitness. As the Personal Training Lead, you will play a key role in advancing our personal training business, ensuring the success of our members in achieving their fitness goals. You will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional training sessions and increase client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing team of personal trainers by adhering to VASA's core values.
• Drive acquisition of new personal training clients and improve client retention.
• Facilitate personalized training programs tailored to each client's needs and goals.
• Create a welcoming and inclusive environment within the Personal Training Cage.
• Ensure high value and exceptional service delivery to personal training clients.
• Maintain a supportive and connected community for personal trainers and clients.
• Engage with VASA members to attract new clients and grow the personal training business.
• Coach personal trainers on consultative selling and achieving sales targets.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly sales goals and drive business growth.
