Certified Personal Training Lead

Position Description

We are looking for a Certified Personal Training Lead to join VASA Fitness, reporting to the General Manager and overseeing a team of Personal Trainers. This position offers a base rate of $18.00-$24.00 per hour with additional monthly and milestone bonuses, resulting in a total compensation range of $50,180-$68,800 annually.

The Personal Training Lead plays a crucial role in advancing the personal training business, exceeding financial targets, and ensuring members achieve their fitness goals. Responsibilities include building a high-performing team, increasing client acquisition and retention, fostering client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
