Compensation: Base Rate: $18.00-$24.00 per hour, Total Compensation Range: $50,180 - $68,800 annually

Purpose

The Personal Training Lead will be responsible for advancing the personal training business, exceeding fitness financial targets, and ensuring members achieve their physical, mental, and emotional fitness goals. This role involves building and developing a high-performing team, increasing acquisition of new clients, and enhancing the overall client experience.

Deliverables

• Build and develop a high-performing team that aligns with VASA's core values.
• Increase the acquisition of new and improve retention of existing personal training clients.
• Develop an agile personal training team that caters to the individual needs of each client.
• Create an approachable and inclusive environment in the Personal Training Cage.
• Retain clients by providing value, safe training spaces, and a supportive community.
• Attract new clients through personal relationships and consultations.
• Coach personal trainers on consultations and sales strategies.
• Work with the team to achieve monthly sales goals for attracting new clients.
• Contribute to achieving monthly sales targets.
