We are excited to announce the ChristianaCare In-Person Nursing Hiring Event. Join our team as a Full Time RN in our HomeHealth department. As a HomeHealth nurse at ChristianaCare, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, develop care plans, and ensure exceptional patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Give skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
• Must be IV proficient, upon hire we will train new staff and expect proficiency at 90 days.
• Develop and implement care plans, goal-oriented and patient-centered.
• Develop a discharge plan for patients.

Requirements

• BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain their BSN within three years of start date.
• Current DE RN license or compact state license.
• 2 years of recent HomeHealth RN experience.
• Medical-surgical and Home Healthcare experience preferred.
• IV proficient or willing to train for IV functions.
