Position Available
We are seeking Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem LPNs to support New Castle County, DE. This role includes day or night shifts, one weekend a month, and 2 holidays per year.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community
- Implement goal-oriented care plans
- Participate in discharge planning
Requirements
- HSD or GED required
- Current DE LPN license, or compact state license
Job Details
- Job Types: Per diem, Part-time, Full-time
- Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
- Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
