Position Overview:

We are hiring for Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem LPNs to provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community. Responsibilities include implementing care plans, developing discharge plans, and ensuring patient-centered care.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Current DE LPN license or compact state license

Job Details:

• Job Types: Per diem, Part-time, Full-time
• Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
• Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
