We are currently seeking Assistant Managers to oversee the daily operations of our restaurants in the absence of the Restaurant General Manager. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with company standards in various operational aspects including product preparation, customer service, inventory management, team leadership, and financial accountability.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily restaurant operations in the absence of the General Manager.
• Maintain high standards in product quality, customer service, and restaurant maintenance.
• Manage inventory levels and order supplies as necessary.
• Lead and develop a team of staff through effective recruitment, training, and retention strategies.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in the food service industry is preferred.
