Cicis Shift Leader

Job Description

We are looking for talented Shift Leaders to join our team at Cicis Pizza. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for directing shift operations, ensuring compliance with company standards, and delivering high-quality products and services to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate operations skills in making quality products and meeting Cicis standards.
• Respond promptly to guest concerns, solicit feedback, and enhance brand loyalty.
• Supervise a restaurant team, maintain staffing levels, train team members, and promote quality standards.
• Contribute to sales and profit goals through guest service, sales execution, and effective resource utilization.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work long hours, including nights and weekends.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to lead a team without supervision.
• Bilingual skills in certain markets (preferred).

Additional Information

• Position: Non-exempt, hourly.
• Employment contingent upon satisfactory background check results.
