We are looking for talented Shift Leaders to join our team at Cicis Pizza. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for directing shift operations, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will supervise a team, contribute to sales goals, manage inventory, and uphold safety and security standards.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exemplary operations skills and ensure product quality.
• Respond promptly to guest concerns, solicit feedback, and implement improvements.
• Supervise and train team members to exceed guest expectations.
• Contribute to sales and profit goals through excellent guest service and efficient operations.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the restaurant.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible hours.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently.
• Computer literacy and ability to use POS systems.
• Bilingual proficiency may be required in certain markets.
