Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Shift Leader to join the team at Cicis Pizza. As a Shift Leader, you will play a crucial role in directing restaurant operations, ensuring adherence to company standards, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional operational skills by preparing quality products and maintaining Cicis standards.
• Respond promptly to guest concerns, solicit feedback, and use insights to enhance operations and customer satisfaction.
• Supervise and train team members, maintain staffing levels, and drive a guest-focused atmosphere.
• Contribute to sales and profit goals through excellent service and efficient use of resources.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older with reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Bilingualism may be an advantage in certain markets.

Additional Information

• Non-exempt, hourly position.
• Employment contingent upon satisfactory background check results.
