We are looking for a dedicated Cook to join our team at Holiday Inn and Suites Gateway. As a Cook, you will work closely with the Chef to prepare delicious meals, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and ensure high-quality food service for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Chef in food preparation, ensuring food quality and portion control.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and uphold cooking standards set by the Chef.
• Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Manager to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Conduct end-of-month inventories and attend weekly meetings.

Requirements:

• High school diploma required; 3+ years of hotel operations experience preferred.
• Proficient in English for reading, writing, and effective communication.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job.
