Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Exit Representative to join the dynamic team at Avis Budget Group. As a Customer Exit Representative, you will play a crucial role in assisting our customers at our airport rental locations. Your responsibilities will include checking driver's licenses and rental agreements, inspecting vehicles for damage, entering information accurately, recommending additional products/services, all while delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Basic computer skills for data entry.
• Effective verbal communication abilities.

• Prior customer service experience is a plus.
