Customer Return Representative- Part time

Job Description

We are currently looking for a detail-oriented Customer Return Representative to join our team at Avis Budget Group on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with returning rental cars, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of our rental lot.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers returning rental cars.
• Secure keys, record mileage, gas levels, and vehicle damage.
• Check vehicles into the computer system efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the return process.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Basic computer skills including typing and data entry.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work outdoors and in varying shifts.
