Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. competencies and professional skills consistently.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
  • Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and communicate effectively.
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues to management.
  • Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and uphold security measures.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
  • Capability to perform cleaning duties and follow company policies.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
  • High school diploma preferred, retail experience is a plus.
