We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance while providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, collaborating with team members, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain clean store appearance.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
