Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our store operations, you will merchandise products, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure the store is well-maintained. You will collaborate with team members to create a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays efficiently.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate cash registers.
  • Experience with equipment operation and general cleaning.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
