Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

As a Customer Service and Stock Specialist at Aldi, you will play a vital role in ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. This full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week offers a starting wage of $18.00 per hour. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, stocking shelves, and providing exceptional customer service in collaboration with the ALDI team.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Support inventory management and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses
• Follow company policies and uphold security and confidentiality standards
• Perform additional assigned duties as required

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in customer service and operating a cash register
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
