Job Description

As a full-time position with a starting wage of $18.50 per hour, you will play a vital role in merchandising, cashiering, stocking shelves, and creating a positive shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, stock merchandise, and maintain store cleanliness
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
  • Conduct store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
  • Follow company policies to safeguard data and maintain confidentiality
  • Perform other assigned duties

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
  • Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
  • Capability to interpret and apply company policies
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
  • High school diploma preferred, with retail experience beneficial
