Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional customer service and efficient stock management. You will collaborate with the team to maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that products are displayed neatly for our customers.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and assist customers with their shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and provide feedback on products and inventory.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and cash handling policies.
  • Participate in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Perform general cleaning duties to company standards.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior work experience in a retail environment is a plus.
