Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our store remains well-organized, our merchandise is stocked, and providing excellent customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $19.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a clean store environment.
  • Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and process customer purchases efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy, adhere to cash handling policies, and ensure adherence to company procedures.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and various store equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Prior retail experience is preferred.
