Job Description

As a full-time team member, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's core values and competencies in all aspects of your work.
  • Process customer transactions, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating effectively with team members and management.
  • Provide valuable feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
  • Contribute to inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
  • Follow company policies to ensure security and confidentiality of information.
  • Perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves and operating store equipment.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and friendly customer service.
  • Proficiency in cash register operation and equipment handling.
  • Experience with retail operations is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team player mindset.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is desirable.
