Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including cashiering, stocking shelves, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and stock merchandise displays.
  • Provide courteous and efficient customer service.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on products.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment efficiently.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Previous retail experience preferred.
