As a Customer Service and Stock Specialist at Aldi, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. From merchandising and stocking products to providing excellent customer service, you will be an essential part of our team.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Participate in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Operate cash register efficiently and accurately.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.
