Job Description

We are currently seeking a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with team members to ensure exceptional service.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise
  • Provide excellent customer service and support shopping experiences
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management
  • Assist in inventory management and monitor inventory accuracy
  • Follow cash handling policies to prevent losses
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Perform additional assigned tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Demonstrate prompt and courteous customer service
  • Efficiently operate a cash register
  • Safely use store equipment
  • Understand and apply company policies
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Work independently and in a team
  • Stay organized, detail-oriented, and multi-task efficiently
  • Meet requirements for handling alcoholic beverages

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Retail experience is a plus
