Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment for our customers. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively with team members, you will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Competencies in daily tasks.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays.
  • Assist customers, communicate with team members, and report feedback to management.
  • Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and maintain a secure work environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
  • Proficient in customer service and cash register operations.
  • Ability to operate equipment safely and follow cleaning standards.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • High school diploma preferred; retail experience is a plus.
