Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stock management, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively with the Aldi team.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies in daily tasks.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Ensure high-quality customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
- Communicate clearly with team members and management.
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Participate in inventory management processes and adherence to cash policies.
- Follow company policies while ensuring security and confidentiality.
- Perform various physical tasks such as stocking merchandise and maintaining store cleanliness.
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Ability to provide efficient and courteous customer service.
- Experience in retail environments is preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent is desirable.
- Compliance with state and local regulations concerning alcohol sales.
