Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stock management, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively with the Aldi team.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Ensure high-quality customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
• Communicate clearly with team members and management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory management processes and adherence to cash policies.
• Follow company policies while ensuring security and confidentiality.
• Perform various physical tasks such as stocking merchandise and maintaining store cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to provide efficient and courteous customer service.
• Experience in retail environments is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent is desirable.
• Compliance with state and local regulations concerning alcohol sales.
