Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. You will collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure the store runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
  • Communicate clearly with team members and store management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on products and general issues.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
  • Perform general cleaning duties to company standards.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
