We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital member of our store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) required for the role.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays effectively.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, assisting customers during their shopping experience.
  • Communicate clearly with team members and store management.
  • Offer feedback on products, inventory, and any operational issues.
  • Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
  • Follow established company policies while ensuring document security and confidentiality.
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Efficient and accurate operation of cash register.
  • Safe and proper use of equipment like hand jacks, floor scrubbers, and balers.
  • Experience in general cleaning duties.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Capability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail work experience is a plus.
