Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. You will collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Communicate effectively with the team and store management.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure store security.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register accurately.
- Experience in a retail environment is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
