We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Participate in inventory counts and provide feedback on products and store operations.
  • Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and maintain store security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
