Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a key part in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, providing outstanding customer service, and ensuring the store maintains its top-notch appearance.

Position Details

  • Type: Full-Time
  • Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
  • Stock shelves with products and ensure merchandise displays are well-organized.
  • Assist customers in their shopping experience and provide exceptional service.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
  • Participate in inventory counts and report any issues to management.
  • Adhere to company policies and cash handling procedures.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Capable of performing physical tasks such as stocking shelves and lifting up to 45 pounds.
  • Prior retail experience is preferred.
