Job Description

We are hiring a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, well-stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. This full-time position offers competitive pay starting at $18.00 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Follow cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.
  • Adhere to company policies while ensuring document and data security.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior work experience in retail preferred.
