We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store, you will play a vital role in delivering excellent customer service and maintaining an organized and clean shopping environment. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store by stocking shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Conduct inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies to minimize losses and uphold company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Capacity to work both independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
