Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team, demonstrate professionalism, and deliver top-notch customer service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform cashier duties, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Conduct inventory counts and report any issues to management.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Experience in retail operations is preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
