Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with the ALDI team to enhance the customer shopping experience.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and accurately.
  • Provide prompt and courteous customer service in assisting customers with their shopping needs.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
  • Conduct inventory counts according to guidelines and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Operate cash register efficiently and adhere to cash policies.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
