Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a key part in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
  • Assist customers with their shopping experience to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues encountered.
  • Participate in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
  • Capability to understand and apply company policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
