Job Description

Join our team at Aldi as a Customer Service and Stock Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an outstanding shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the Aldi team to deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to the store's success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the Aldi Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
  • Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional service.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on products and store operations.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Ability to follow company policies, provide excellent customer service, and work both independently and in a team setting.
  • Prior retail experience is preferred.
