Job Description

We are hiring a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to enhance the overall customer shopping experience.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform cashier duties, stock merchandise, and maintain displays neatly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and uphold security measures.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and follow instructions efficiently.
  • Meet state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.
