Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring efficient operation at all times.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain overall store cleanliness.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
