Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our ALDI team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional service and effective stock management. As part of our team, you will collaborate with team members, assist in stocking shelves, and ensure the cleanliness and organization of the store.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality.
  • Perform general cleaning duties to maintain company standards.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older to be employed at ALDI.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Efficient operation of cash register and retail equipment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience in a retail environment is preferred.
