We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a full-time Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to ensure an exceptional customer shopping experience. Responsibilities

  • Consistently demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain neat merchandise displays, and assist customers with their shopping needs.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Conduct store inventory counts, monitor inventory accuracy, and adhere to cash policies.
  • Follow company policies, uphold security measures, and perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
  • Knowledge of proper equipment operation and company standards for general cleaning.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks professionally.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
  • Combination of education and experience will be considered.
