Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of in-store tasks to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers. From stocking shelves to cashiering, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases and stock merchandise neatly
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
  • Adhere to cash policies, minimize losses, and ensure inventory accuracy

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • High school diploma preferred
  • Prior retail experience is a plus
