Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our Aldi team full-time. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, supporting customers, and collaborating with team members.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process purchases, stock shelves neatly, and assist customers.
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management.
• Adhere to company policies, maintain inventory accuracy, and follow cash procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment.
• Ability to perform cleaning duties, follow instructions, and multitask efficiently.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
