Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service, stocking shelves, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. Your duties will include processing customer purchases, collaborating with team members, providing feedback to management, and ensuring inventory accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers in their shopping experience
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
- Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
- Adhere to cash policies and procedures
- Comply with company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement of 18
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
- Efficient operation of a cash register
- Safe and proper operation of equipment
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies
- Excellent communication skills
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience preferred
