Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Handle customer purchases, stocking, cleaning, and assisting customers
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and other store-related issues
  • Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash handling policies
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Additional assigned duties as required

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Excellent customer service and cash handling skills
  • Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Retail experience is a plus
