Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
  • Stock shelves, merchandise displays neatly, and maintain cleanliness in the store.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a secure and efficient store operation.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
