Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping environment for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases and maintain neat merchandise displays
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
  • Provide feedback on products and inventory management
  • Adhere to cash handling policies to ensure accuracy and minimize losses
  • Follow company procedures while upholding security and confidentiality standards
  • Perform store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to provide courteous customer service
  • Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment
  • Capable of meeting physical demands and general cleaning duties
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior retail experience is a plus
