Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides an exceptional customer experience. You will play a key part in merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Stock shelves, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a secure and efficient store operation.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer inquiries.
  • Experience in retail and operating equipment preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Capable of multitasking and working independently or in a team setting.
