We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a vital member of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Competencies in daily tasks.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure neat product displays.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support during the shopping experience.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Proficient in cash register operations and equipment handling.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow company policies and procedures.
  • Strong communication skills and a team player.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous retail experience is a plus.
